Bonus Terms Explained
Confused by casino bonus jargon? Here's a plain-English decoder for the terms you'll see most often at w56aw and any other online platform.
Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw any bonus-related winnings. A x10 rollover on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before cashing out.
Example: Claim PKR 5,000 bonus with x15 wagering — you need to wager PKR 75,000 in total bets across eligible games before requesting a withdrawal.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While using bonus funds, most platforms cap the maximum single bet — typically between PKR 250 and PKR 500. Placing a bet above this limit can void the bonus entirely, even if you haven't finished wagering.
Example: If the max bet rule is PKR 300 and you place a PKR 1,000 spin while on a bonus, that spin may be rejected and the bonus cancelled.
Game Contribution %
Not all games count equally towards your wagering requirement. Slots usually contribute 100%, meaning every PKR 100 wagered counts PKR 100 towards the rollover. Table games like roulette or baccarat often contribute only 10–20%.
Example: PKR 1,000 wagered on a slot = PKR 1,000 rollover progress. PKR 1,000 wagered on roulette (10% contribution) = only PKR 100 rollover progress.
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses don't last forever. Most platforms set a 7, 14, or 30-day window from the moment the bonus is credited. If you haven't completed the wagering within that window, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings are removed from your account.
Example: A 7-day expiry bonus credited on Monday 1st must be fully wagered by Sunday 7th, or it expires automatically at midnight.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus stays in your account as a wagering tool but can never be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated from it can be cashed out. A non-sticky (or cashable) bonus can itself be withdrawn once wagering requirements are
met.
Example: Sticky bonus of PKR 2,000 — after completing x20 wagering, you withdraw your winnings but the PKR 2,000 bonus itself disappears from your balance.
Maximum Cash-Out
Some bonuses cap the total amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings, regardless of how much you actually won. This protects the platform from extreme bonus abuse and is clearly stated in each offer's T&C.
Example: A PKR 1,000 free spin bonus with a PKR 10,000 max cash-out means even if your spins generate PKR 50,000, you can only withdraw a maximum of PKR 10,000 from that bonus.
