These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the Member") and w56aw ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of the w56aw website, mobile interface, gaming products, sports betting services, and all related features accessible through your registered account.

Access to the w56aw platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is also confirmed at the point of account registration when you check the confirmation box acknowledging that you have read and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply continuously for as long as your w56aw account remains active, and they survive account closure in respect of any outstanding obligations.

Where w56aw publishes separate rules for specific products — such as cricket betting rules, casino game rules, dice game mechanics, or jackpot bingo draw procedures — those product-specific rules form part of these Terms and are to be read alongside them. In the event of a conflict between a product-specific rule and these Terms, the product-specific rule will take precedence for that product only.

To be eligible to register and maintain a w56aw account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum — no exceptions apply.
• You are registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of w56aw or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from w56aw or had an account closed by w56aw for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting under the influence of a gambling addiction or mental incapacity that impairs your ability to enter into a binding agreement.

w56aw reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended until verification is provided. Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently found to belong to an underage individual will be forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the w56aw platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or through a third party — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

At the point of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and your preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Registration information must match the identity documents provided during verification.
• You must notify w56aw promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• w56aw may require re-verification at any time, including when you request a withdrawal.
• Accounts registered using temporary or disposable email addresses may be suspended pending identity verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w56aw account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. w56aw will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password from a party claiming to represent w56aw should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact w56aw support immediately. w56aw recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication, which is available to all registered members from the account settings panel.

w56aw accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. All PKR deposit methods carry a minimum deposit of PKR 200 for mobile wallets and PKR 500 for bank transfers. USDT TRC20 deposits carry a minimum equivalent of USD 5.

Deposits are credited to your w56aw account balance in PKR. For USDT deposits, conversion to PKR is applied at the prevailing rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. w56aw does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside w56aw's control.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported immediately and will be reversed upon discovery.
• w56aw reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred between w56aw accounts.

Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, within one hour for HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers, and subject to network confirmation time for USDT TRC20 withdrawals. These timeframes apply during standard operating hours. Withdrawals requested during scheduled system maintenance may be subject to a brief delay.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where the original deposit method does not support outgoing transfers, in which case w56aw will arrange an alternative verified method. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than your own, or unverified payment methods will be declined.

• A minimum of one deposit must be made before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• w56aw reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held during active investigations into account activity.

w56aw offers various promotional incentives to registered members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion carries specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution weightings that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any portion of the bonus balance — or winnings derived from it — becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier and any game-specific contribution rates applicable to a given bonus are stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per member, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• w56aw reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds where misuse is identified.
• Coordinated bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to extract bonus value, is prohibited and will result in account review.

All bets placed on the w56aw sports betting platform — including cricket, football, and other available markets — are governed by the product-specific betting rules published on the platform. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on w56aw regardless of the specific market:

• Bets are only accepted from logged-in members with sufficient verified balance to cover the stake.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except where w56aw exercises its right to void a market.
• w56aw reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or events of force majeure.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the latency of the data feed. w56aw is not liable for bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined but before the market has been suspended.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply and are published in the platform's betting rules section.
• PSL and international cricket markets follow standard cricket betting settlement rules, including rules on rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis method outcomes.

All casino games available on the w56aw platform — including slots, live dealer games, dice, and jackpot bingo — use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios and are subject to the rules displayed within each live dealer environment. • Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full in PKR at the prevailing balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w56aw platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms, will result in immediate account suspension, and may result in the reporting of the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Operating more than one registered account on the w56aw platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on inside information relating to a sporting event.
• Using the platform to launder funds or process transactions on behalf of third parties.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain funds or advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation.
• Chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in bad faith.

Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the w56aw platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written authorisation from w56aw.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w56aw's aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that member's w56aw account at the time the relevant claim arises.

w56aw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, arising from your use of the platform — whether such losses arise from a breach of these Terms, negligence, or any other cause, even if w56aw has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

• w56aw does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.
• Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may result in temporary unavailability of services.
• w56aw is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures on the member's side.
• Odds and market prices are subject to change; w56aw is not liable for bets placed in reliance on outdated displayed prices.

w56aw reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or through a notice displayed on the platform's homepage at least seven days before the amended Terms take effect, except where the change is required urgently by regulatory or legal obligation, in which case the change may take immediate effect.

Your continued use of the w56aw platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under w56aw's international gaming licence.
